You are not the only one :) I hate to say this but the Thai giant may not be all that it is cracked up to be. After mine began blooming it had a very rapid decline. I was told to chop off the blooms and I did but it's "comeback" is slooooow. We should take a poll:
Who's Thai giant is doing great and whose is not. I know someone on here has had great luck with theirs, everyone else?

I purchased my Thai Giant from Plants Delights last fall. Kept it in the greenhouse all winter. It grew slowly all winter. This spring I put it in the ground. It started growing and later bloomed with seven blooms like fingers. It has seed pods now that are still green. This plant is huge. The leaves are four by five feet and it is eight feet tall. I have never posted a pic on here so I don't know how. If I knew how I would let you see. Anyway, I am very satisfied with mine. Don't know what I am going to do with it this winter. Too large for the greenhouse. Larry
