Khaki and rust in our current product line closely correspond
to the sail colors shown in this photo.
Fabric sample books are available at www.tenshon.com.
We offer 15 colors to match any setting.

I want this setup. We are building the pool now. I will need these soon.

How do I plan and purchase? Thank you for any help. Kemny

What we did is create an outline of the sail with the rope. Then, we stretched it over the area that we wanted to cover. That will give you precise placement of the anchor points. I would like to give you very important piece of advice. These sails stretch. So allow enough space for tension. I would do a couple of feet on each side. Otherwise, in a little while you will end up with a sagging sail.

If you contact us on our mail email, info@tenshon.com, or if you call us at 480-663-3166, we would be happy to help. To answer Michael's point, we calculate for all of the stretch on our custom orders, when we pattern them. On our standard sizes, we can give you an guide that will tell you where the connection points are to be located for proper fit. We look forward to working with you.

Can Shade sails be positioned so they create a privacy panel effect by hanging them vertically?

If you would like to use some of our shades vertically, I would recommend looking into our shade panels. They have grommets along the perimeter, making it easy to install vertically on any fence or structure. You wouldn't have to worry about any wire rope or tensioning hardware for a shade panel. Here is our webpage containing our standard shade panels:

If you need a custom panel, just give us a call, (480) 663-3166. Thank you!

This would be more of a free standing panel with the intention of blocking out a view that is visible fifteen feet over the fence, thus I need to secure the material at 20 feet from the ground and have a width of about 30 feet.It can be several panels but I need a way to hold the panels in place and to be sure they won't rip or fly off during strong winds. Something similar to this picture https://www.tenshon.com/pages/photos. Or this picture where you have a wooden structure holding a panel type sail in a vertical position https://www.tenshon.com/pages/photos. In fact I like this idea because the wood looks similar to a pergola and I can customize the placement and size of the panels. Would I need 2 layers or certain colors if I wish to block out palm trees that are on the other side of the fence.I guess my dilemma is that I want light and sun but not to see these trees. Is there perhaps a color or way to design this so I can have both? Do you offer a design service to help me figure out the best sizes and colors and placement? What is the cost and process? Thank You,Debbie
