Got bulbs from the folks of a friend of mine. They had purchased it as a "voodoo lily" so I assumed it was either a Sauromatum venosum or a Dracunculus vulgaris. However, I noticed the foliage does not appear to be either of these. It had not bloomed for me but I hoping perhaps it can be ID'ed by its foliage.
