No condensation...help!

I started out with very generous drain holes. I cut four triangles on the bottom of each container. Last week I taped up two of the four holes on each container and this is what they look like now:

Today is the first warm day after many cold, rainy, freezy days. it is now 51 outside and insides of the jugs feel warm. This morning I watered from underneath and they all were soaked to the soil surface. But, many of them STILL don't have condensation. Take this one for instance (the same one as in the above drain hole picture):

How does it look? Is it still too cool, or too soon after the cold spell, for me to have condensation? Too much drainage? Too many places for venting on top? Since I watered thoroughly this morning I would have thought they'd all have condensation.

BTW, I have a lupine blooming, one of my first sprouts, here:

It doesn't have any condnesation right now, either:

Please, give me guidance! It takes a long time to water them from underneath, and if you think my holes are too big I need to take care of that today! As you can see, the ones beside the lupine have condensation. Some do, most don't. Also, FWIW, it is not windy today so I don't have wind coming along and sucking the air out of the containers. Beautiful, still, sunny, and 51 degrees.
