It woked!! Sprouts!!!

Just outside Boston, got my first sprouts!!! YAY!!! Holy Crap, I said, it worked!!! My test container last year got nothing except one bachelor button sprout which languished (I didn't know what I was doing, so I probably killed it). Paid attention to everyone's advice this year and got some tiny Canterbury Bells sprouts and one lonely (so far, hopefully) Gaillardia sprout! It's gonna be in the 50's for the next 2 days, so I'm hoping for more!!!

I hate you all. *Sarcasm*

I don't have a single sprout yet. I'm trying not to be pessimistic, I really am, so I'm hoping for something, anything (even a weed!) by April.

"It worked." I love it. I was a big believer in Winter Sowing from the beginning, but I have to admit, when I saw my first sprout, I was a little stunned.

Congrats! This is my 4th year and I'm just getting the first sprouts of the year yesterday & today. They are such cute little green things. It's a miracle all over again!

PVmis, I bet yours will be coming along soon. Zone 5 is just starting to move!

Still waiting for my wave...sniff, sniff. But I did clear out a garden tonight after work. It was 65 degrees...WooHoo!
