Is March too late to WS? We're having a large wedding here in late Aug. and would like to plant a lot of annuals but I'm confused as too when to WS annual seeds. HELP?

You can start hardy annuals now, I would also recommend annual wildflowers. You're in zone five, it doesn't warm up at night for a couple more months.

Nice choices for bouquet or vase would be larkspur, bachelpr buttons, black-eyed-susan and baby's breath. I hope other folks will add their experiences and choices.

I ws hardy annuals in March and tender annuals in April and even mid-May with blooms late June or early July so you should be able to ws most annuals and have lots of blooms in August.

My ws impatiens are always still very lovely in the fall.

Being a newbie I have 2 messages about the same topic going at the same time.If I've got this right, I can sow them now and they will be blooming in (late) August?
