My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Hi Looks like a type of the so called "evergreen " caladiums There are some hybrids called "stained glass" with some incredible coloration I've tried a couple but find they go dormant just like the regulars BUt they do come up earlier and last longer at least in my experience. Most interesting are those with transparent sections on the leaves. really do look like "stained glass lol gary
