Is this really a screen porch?

This room looks amazing, but it looks more like an indoor space than an outdoor. I'm on the fence regarding adding a sunroom vs a screen porch and am curious about the details of this room.

    Yes this is actually a three seasons outdoor screened in porch.

    Yes there is, but you it was a custom house and you would have to go through the architect for this. Jeff Visser out of Grand Rapids Michigan can help you with this.
