Baptisa germinated in Sept--Help!!

Hi All, A friend gave me Baptisa seeds and I planted them in July in a pot outside. They did nothing until September when they began to germinate. Many little leaves are now up. Now it is October and we have had our first frost. The largest seeding is about an inch high. Should I bring them in for the winter or leave them out for the winter? Will these seedlings make it? I know that they are good for winter sowing and I have a few seeds left. Do think I should start again and winter sow some outside? Any help you can give me would be appreciated. They are such beautiful plants both when they are blooming and for the foliage all summer. Vignewood
