I'm finding it impossible to find these pulleys for my hanging baskets on the front porch and thought someone here may know where I can find them. I read about them in a hanging basket book I borrowed from the library. You can pull them down for watering (they stay while you water) and give them a push and they retract back to their normal position. I have checked hardware store, garden shops and even lighting stores. Any ideas?
