My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

HAVE: Pink & White Turk's Cap Malvaviscus

I have a few of these which I rooted this summer. I trimmed my plants (in a pot) and stuck them down in dirt. I don't know which are white and which are pink. If you are coming to the swap and interested, let me know and I'll bring them. - Terry
