We grown them on our farm in Millbrook and they are delicious. They are purple in color and are a cross between a blackberry and a raspberry. They usually start ripening around the middle of May and go for about 4 weeks. Their only shortfall we've found is that their texture is a little soft. In that I mean you need to do something with them within a few days picking or freeze them otherwise they start leaking. But over all, they are one of our favorites and we grown 10 varieties here.
