Well,a big hello to you. I am a native southerner, but sojourned up in Yankee land for 13 years. (Was sooo happy to come home). My advice is what we did there. Walk around and look at what everyone else is growing and ask questions of your neighbors. They will be more than happy to help you. p.s. don't expect lots of water in the hot summertime. we have dry here too
