City of Trussville did at one time but I believe they since out sourced to an outside contractor and is hauled off. My neighbor use to get his bark mulch from there. Try calling Trussville.

Call the Mt. Brook street department and ask them about it. I haven't been but I was told by a Botanical Garden employee a number of years ago the place is near the high school.
