when sharing my small plants, i use recycled soup cans, pop bottles (cut the top off)and ice cream and yoguart containers to name a few.. i know theres a way to make small seed starters out of newspaper also, however i havent tried it yet. Hubby always yells at me when he opens the cupboard and all these containers fall on him. He always says "what the heck do we need all these for" but we do oh we really do.. saving them all year long makes it easier then trying to collect them when spring comes. Just a thought
