Leave it in the sun. When in the shade they get tall and spindly with leaves on top. When in sun they will grow fuller and more compact. Just be sure to water every day until it becomes established. If there is some way to provide temporary shade, shade it for a few weeks. Once it gets acclimated, it will do great. I have a Snowflake double in full sun. It is so full of leaves and always has tons of blooms.

I would not transplant it now, in your location. Try to be patient so that your established plant has the best chance at making the transition happily.

I am so glad that tsmith recommended the sun for this plant. So many people assume that it must be grown in the shade, but it will do very well in a sunny location. The only caveat I would add is that the drainage at the site must be impeccable so that you can water frequently. This is a plant that loves moisture but will throw a perfect fit if its feet are wet! In the sun, it will need more water, but could die in a soggy soil.

Oh, I knew I would get good advice here. I saw a lady at Dothan nursery at lunch time today. There was a young man at the counter that just started. Nice as could be, but did not anything about gardening. Anyway, lady asked him a gardening question, which he was obviously clueless, but he did tell the lady to please call back in an hour when one of their experienced nurserymen would be in.
