Jan - let me know what your rain gauge says. I forgot to make sure nothing was in mine before the rain hit. I think all this rain is WONDERFUl, and I am so tickled that no one had major damage!

I wish there had been more rain here in Pinson. Yesterday I got .13" and so far today only .05" bringing the total for the month to .39". Not enough to break the drought for sure.

Is there a dome over us? I watched the radar yesterday and it seemed that the rain went around us, mostly south, but some north. My son lives in middle Tennessee, and he got .43" yesterday. His total for April is 2.39".

I'll take what I can get, but it's looking like another dry growing season.

Yep, Sundog, I agree, we still need LOTS more rain in the areas surrounding B'ham.

And WHAT is up with this cold weather????? This is just crazt!!! Will spring ever get here and stay?????
