FYI everyone - Plant swap set for May 7th in Wetumpka AL - it is organized by the local Garden Club I think - never managed to go - but going this time! saw the article in the paper today - here is the full text....should i post this to the Exchange forum?

"Wetumpka residents will celebrate Earth Day with an Old Fashioned Plant Swap from 8 a.m. to noon May 7 at the Wetumpka Recycling Center adjacent to the Wetumpka Police Department.

Planned events also include an art contest for schoolchildren. Students in the ninth through 12th grades also will participate in a new anti-litter slogan contest and the winning artwork and slogan will be made into a sign and displayed at the Wetumpka city limits.

Auntie Litter will greet visitors from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and a free T-shirt will be given to the first 50 people who arrive"
