Voles?

I recently discovered some of my newly planted Tiger lilies had shrank. When I checked them out, they came clean out of the ground with no bulb! Something is eating my plants with bulbs. (No worries to the people I have traded Tiger Lilies with. Those are in pots.) How can I stop this from happening any more? They have also eaten all but 1 of my Canna lilies. They are only on one side of my yard, which I am grateful for, but I worry they will soon be all over. I don't want my plants that I have babied and worked so hard on to be destroyed. HELP!
