upright rose bush

need advice on purchasing a none climbing rose bush that's easy to grow. I have 5 beautiful red rose bushes in my front yard between 3-4 ft high. I'm looking for an upright rose bush that will blend in with my red roses. The ones I have just started to bloom. The booms will last until around the last of august (something easy to grow).

It's difficult to dispute the success of the hybrid shrub roses, such as the 'KnockOut' series, and 'OSO Easy'. There are numerous colors in each group; my husband and I have been eying the newer 'Sunny Yellow' Knockout, which will blend well with our garden colors.

Knockouts perform very well in your zone 8a climate, and will bloom from early spring until you experience a heavy frost/freeze. Here in North Alabama, Knockouts are evergreen to semi-evergreen.

Here in South GA, Knock outs get to about 8 X 8. Really big boys! lol. They are tough though..people here cut them back almost to the ground and it does not faze them!
