Betty, Check with Petals of the Past in Jemison. I got mine there but it was 2 years ago. They are real nice and have just about anything you'd want. Don't have to take out a 2nd mortgage to shop there either and the plants are very nice and well taken care of.

If you are close to Huntsville, I bet Bennett's Nursery would have them. Not too hard to find in Birmingham Nurseries. There are tons of them on the ridge I live on, and people actually seem to preserve them and appreciate them (similar to Dogwoods).

if you search for "petals FROM the past" you can find the website, but here it is anyway.
i was there this past weekend and picked up a few necessary things. :-) 'black dragon' cryptomeria, an epimedium, a caryopteris, some annuals.
they have a tremendous selection of plants at reasonable prices - things you just won't find at most nurseries.
i am sure they had alabama croton and thought i saw alabama snowflake.

Just planted my first Grancy graybeard yesterday. My granddaddy had been looking for one for a while, so I bought two. I'm looking forward to seeing what it turns out like. It sounds like a winner to me.
