I love that plant also, if you are talking about Helichrysum (spelling?), but I have stopped planting it because the leaf miners destroy mine every season. The leaves shrivel and the plant resembles one that has been burned with fertilizer. (ask me how I know that :). I was given a recommendation at a garden center to manage it, but I don't use pesticides in our garden.

I switched to growing Dichondra reptans which has the same weeping/weaving habit, dramatic silver foliage and is much more durable for me. You might enjoy it as well.
