It's going to bloom

One of my Chinese Yellow Bananas has a big bud on it. It is huge. I have 6 more bunches big enough to bloom. Don't see anymore buds yet, but I will keep looking. I will try to get Tamera to post a picture Friday when she comes bye.
I have separated a bunch, so if you want me to bring you one to Fall Swap, LMK.

I am jealous. I can grow Musa basjoo. For more tropicals, I have to go to the Anniston Museum of Natural History's court.

terramadre, The Chinese Yellow does good in a big pot. It is very hardy here. It blooms on second year stem. I have some small ones, if you would like to try one. LMK
I have another one that is going to bloom.
