My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
ive killed a few different species. most arent well suited to our climate. find a warm winter microclimate combined with a cool summer microclimate for best results. i have found with few exceptions that most plants from new zealand, chile, tasmania, and similar areas just dont fare well in the SE. i do have a podocarpus totara (from NZ)in my garden...very much a surprise.
