I'd be tryin to grow an AeAe up here in north central Alabama if they weren't so dang expensive. Until I win the lottery or my rich uncle dies, I refuse to pay $100+ for any nanner.

$100 is the old price. The most recent one on ebay sold for $255 and there was one earlier in the summer, a 4 footer that sold for $350+. The two most reliable sources for this banana never had any to sell this summer.

As we're predicted to drop to 27 tonight, I'm going home early from work to wrap mine up. It's about 7 feet with a large pup and two small nubs.

holy smokes!! Sounds like I may have to knock off a 7-11 and/or strike oil too. You're right, I just checked & the crooks at TyTy want $279.00 for theirs.
