My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Winter Sowing

Sprouts, finally!

Today my first 2 jugs sprouted. Both are linum (blue flax). Last year I had sprouts by 3-14 so I was beginning to wonder. Let the green wave begin.

I'm probably about done winter sowing as I have many flats going in the basement. I'm also about to start trying to start some in my new gh. Wish me luck with that cuz I don't have a clue about doing that. Anyhow, happy sprout dance to all!
