The article linked below may be of interest, but may be somewhat dated(1999). I am interested to find out:

-if the seed-produced garlic has come on the market?

-if anyone knows how to supplement alliums for increased selenium content?

-if anyone could recommend a red multiplying onion/shallot to grow commercialy which might have increased quercitin content due to it's color, as cited in the article?

I'll be following up with more information if I can find it in my research, but would appreciate any answers to my questions above.
