Wow, I can't believe no one around here is talking about this terrible problem. This is a devastating disease which has contributed to the downfall of the California garlic industry (along with White Rot), and which caused the complete failure of many garlic gardens this year in SoCal. (You will notice most store bought garlic in California is from China, not Gilroy!). Hopefully, someone around here will have an idea about this. You could spray with Tebucanazole, but it is dangerous. I hope you are not ignored, for all of our sake.
