Yes, I would plant them. They will divide but won't be as big as usual.

On a lark I bought some off a discount table last summer-long after they should have been planted. We planted them out and let them overwinter, even transplanting them this spring. They seem to be doing well. At least I appear to have saved the seed.

If you don't plant them now, none will survive until fall.
