I bought a very flat garlic bulb at a grocery in New Beirn, NC. The outer and most of the inner cloves were very even in size and shape. Not sure if it was hard or soft neck.Bulb and clove wrappers were white. Have never seen a bulb so flat and even.

Several stalks had scapes peeping out of the stalk when all of the cloves sprouted and sent shoots out the top of stalk and eventually split the stalks open. The rest are acting normally so far. One leaf at a time drying. Most are still green.

Trying to find out the name but so far no answer.
