my container instructions

I had enough people ask me what the heck the milk jugs in my backyard were about that I did a blog post on my winter sowing experiments. I've been so thrilled with the results! Winter Sowing in Milk Jugs.

Does anyone else out there have a blog where they are recording results?

i do blog a bit about my gardening attempts....

your wintersowing setup looks nice and neat, i don't know that i could be that organised. i have to make a major effort to not get cluttery! i'd have around 50 different container shapes...

i like your heart-shaped hole punch :)

You are so organized. I'm gonna have to get there since the husband wants the patio back now that the weather's getting nice.

I don't blog, but I did write about it for the newspaper I work for.

Good job! Is this your first attempt at Wintersowing? It certainly helps pass away the wiles of winter!

Invite your neighbors or friends over for dessert and if the subject of the milk jugs/liter bottles comes up, this is a good opportunity to do a demonstration for them. Maybe they will want to try it too. Offer to help anybody that is interested, get started.
