Prolonged cold..?

My squashes and melon seeds have germinated... the weather was so nice in the last few days, but now its supposed to be rainy, chilly and overnight lows are expected to flirt with the freezing mark.

We may even have a bit of wet snow.

I have moved all my flats into two of those tower type mini greenhouses, but i'm not sure if the expected low temps over the next 4 or more days will damage the seedlings.

we had a couple freezing nights a few days ago, but i just put the flats in early in the day, let everything get warm and just before sundown i put blankets over the greenhouses to hold in all the warmth and things made it through that very well.

The squashes and melons must be rather tender i expect, they were only just starting to germinate when we had those cold nights, now their seed leaves have appeared.

If it were just going to get super cold at night, (like in the 20's) i'd just bring them in for a bit, but where it is supposed to be cold all day then near freezing at night, i am not sure what will happen...

any ideas?
