Congratulations Gary, and yes, now I'm a bit envious. I haven't even seen scapes yet so I figure at least a month to go before the first are lifted. It's all good though - they're going to need most of that time to dry out from all the rain we've had lately. I've been thinking of trying the I-itoi's next year ... how are they to grow?
