There are quite a few garlic growers in PA.
I did a search thru Local Harvest and found several that mentioned growing garlic

Another that is a garlic grower but I don't know what variety is Rolling Hills Farm

And another is a vendor at a garlic festival where we are vendors but I can't remember if they have Music but they have nice stuff
