I'm looking for a recommendation for growing garlic here in the mountains of NC. I live in an area that can get 80+ inches of rain a year (we've had over 9" this month) and have sandy soil, although it isn't pure sand. It is also very acidic--blueberries grow wild here.

With all that said, what would you recommend?
