I've got a sinkful of garlic, harvested late, still intact, but dripping wet.

The garlic certainly won't store for long. What do I do?

The details:

1. I waited longer than I should have to harvest; most stems have very little if any green left.

2. The garlic has been rinsed

(my husband valiantly harvested to keep the swarm of chiggers from attacking me; he didn't hear me say to keep the garlic dry)
