I cut Allium hollandicum 'Purple Sensation', aflatunense, sphaerocephalon and moly for arrangements at the temple. They are inexpensive enough that I don't feel bad cutting them. I leave 'Globemaster' in the garden so they'll give me longer interest and pleasure since they are just about the most expensive Allium around. I also leave cristophii/albopilosum in the garden for the long lasting beauty to enjoy.

Garlic chives make excellent cut flowers and are easily raised from seed. Too easily, some think.

Chives are good for cutting too.
They all are one per plant, but some do multiply.
