The Mars onions I raised are not storing well. They seem to have a fungus at the center top of the bulbs. I plan to dehydrate some as an experiment and freeze the rest. On the web I read that the Southport Globe onion is first choice for dehydration as it has the most solids.

What varieties have you raised or dehydrated with favorable results?
