Need help identifying 4-5 foot allium!

Hey, allium lovers! At the Olbrich Botanical Gardens in Madison, WI, I just saw a 4-5 foot tall bunching onion with dramatic umbrella-shaped red flowering caps. The onions were held out several inches from the main stem on lovely curving stems. Bees loved the umbrella caps! There was no identifying tag for these allia. Is anyone familiar with them?

Is this the allium you saw at Olbrich? I photographed it a week or so ago.
