When I went outside this morning to pick up the newspaper from the driveway at 6:30 am; it felt like a light mist hitting my face for a few seconds and it was delightfully warm. Sat down in a chair overlooking my wintersown seedlings, hoping the sun would come out so I could either plant more out in the flowerbeds or transplant some to 4 inch nursery pots. Finally the sun did come out, and I did accomplish some planting. Now it's looking like we're going to get another drenching rain.Pretty soon I'll have web feet, start hanging around the ponds and going Quack! Quack! May is around the corner, maybe it will bring beautiful flowers and plenty of warm sunshine. Slowly but surely, the number to be planted becomes less and less. Some I'm leaving them in the milk jug bottom to get stronger and taller. Are you all experiencing the same temperamental weather where you live? Where will the real spring like weather come and stay?
