Wait till all the seeds turn black in color, then they are ready to harvest. I'll plant the seeds very early next spring.

When the seeds turn black I just sprinkle them where I want more plants. They come up in spring like grass.
And if you don't want them seeding themselves around,you better cut off those flower heads because these things spread.
