Peggy, If stored too long, some will wither and dry away. Some will sprout and some just seem to last forever. Now should be the time to plant them for you. Mine just went in the ground. I plant same time as garlic. Plant the litte ones to get the biggest ones at harvest. Plant big ones if you want lots of little ones to plant next time.

Thank you Coho, none of these are withered. I looked for the smallest ones I could find. I planted my garlic last week so I guess I'm alright.
