I planted a 4x8 bed with Inchelium Red last weekend. Last year I planted that variety (first time I ever planted garlic) and had great success with it. I'd love to try some other varieties, but caring for my Mom after surgery put ordering on hold this year. I'm going to see what I can come up with in the next couple of weeks.
