It seems too easy!

I've planted out more HOS than I can remember! They go in so easily! So far the squirrels have left all my in-ground seedlings alone! The only ones they've bothered were the ones in high window boxes along the fence.

The seedlings don't seem bothered by the heat. I don't think I've lost any at all yet!

I think the only problem I can be sure of having is running out of room!

Winter Sowing is amazing!

Thank you all for your help and support!

    Yeah! A lot of fun!
I would tell you all what I planted out but the list would be too long, and quite a few things will be surprises, as they lost their labels. some had bottom labels, inside labels, and outside labels, but were unclear anyway! So I will have a lot of surprises! Which is fine. Many seedlings I know by sight, so it wouldn't be a complete mystery out there.

Is there anything any of you are holding back on planting out? Are Zinnias going? I can't imagine we'd have any cold nights now can you??? I am going to put out my tall inside tomatoes today. It should be 90 here! Ninety!!!

I'll be sowing zinnias today, and maybe some Yvonne's salvia. It's 75° out there already!

Oh, and some more lettuce - my first batch was a dud.

Is this not great! I am soooo hooked on WS now! I can not get over the variety of sprouts I have. I sowed my Zinnia last week and have sprouts!

Yes anewgarden, I totally agree with you! :)

I only have lost 2 seedlings. A calendula that I handled incorrectly and a shasta crazy daisy that I accidentally stepped while planting the coreopsis. They didn't complain about the 85F last time and didn't complain about 31F as well. I love ws too. :D

However, I have to check the bunny tail grass in a few because we had a strong rain yesterday and I just planted them 8 hours before the strong rain came.

I don't know bunny tail grass, but everything I planted before last week's heavy rains had done just fine!

I am off to get more peat and potting soil. I am going to take the leap and plant tomatoes in containers. I have ten or so volunteers that had been inside, they made it threw the night outside just fine. The WS ones are still too small to get big containers, but they are sprouting!
All the advice I've gotten here is so wonderful!
Thank you to whoever reminded me to:
    1. water the hole I dig before putting in an HOS.
2.take pain killers before planting out
3.cut the tops of my squirrel baffling bottles
    4.trust in the WSing process
