It has a fused leaf, it should be making other leaves soon, and they won't be fused, but Ma Nature is in control and if it doesn't make new leaves soon I think it could fail to thrive.

Oh the heart ache when our babies are born (sprouted) with a defect. Really Siichan, it's not a reflection of your breeding (are you sure your moma didn't marry her cousin?). Seriously though, it'll probably be OK. Who knows, you may get a new variety that no one else has.

Clc, your comment made me laugh lol. The seedling hasn't shown any sign of producing the next set of leaves. But I'll be patient. I hope it survives...
