This little volunteer turned up in the shade under my cedar fence. It is tiny, about 3-4 inches tall, with variegted leaves, and a beautiful blue/purple bloom. Unfortuntely, by the time I 'found' it, the bloom was already past its best. It looks like a bulb of some knd, maybe an Iris. There is another little one coming up next to it, so it would be good to know what it is before I move it. That space is for my WS hostas. Thanks.
