My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
I found some seeds my mom had after she passed recently. SHe called it nin choi but I found out its a strain (species) of Amaranthus. I don't have any photos of her nin choi but I have a picture of the seeds. Could anyone help me identify it? I would like to buy the seeds again and plant them.
The seeds she left behind are so old they won't germinate!
I'm afraid the seeds aren't enough to tell. Was this amaranth used for decoration or for food? Do you recall how tall it grew or what color the leaves were?
