Weed?

I am new to not only winter sowing, but to gardening as well.

I didn't get great germination on my perennials, but I had 2 milk jugs with one seedling. I decided to plant those 2 out today when I realised they are the same.

They were supposed to be a foxglove and a delphinium...I am leaning toward weed. What do you think?
