My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
I'm not in the Northwest, but I've grown it in Wisconsin. Have to start it early as transplants, but given that, it does very well here. Saluyot is the Filipino name for Corchorus olitorius, a.k.a. Molokhia or Egyptian Spinach, and many other names. It is a cut & come again green, that gets bushier & more productive until cool weather stunts its growth. {{gwi:103802}}
