keep in full sun or partial

i have a question about some window boxes, right now I have them in the back yard where there is full sun most of the day. They will eventually go in front of the house that gets sun until 11:00am - noon.

Should I keep them in full sun for now or put them out in front? Oh by the way some have sprouted first leaves and i also planted some new seeds about 2 weeks ago in same pot. They are pansies.

Inhot climates pansies do well with part shade.

My sister has window boxes on a south facing window. She solved the drying problem but using drip irrigators across the top. The hoses to them go right up the house and across the boxes.
